Program Requirements

Space
- Teacher Orientation Day
  There should be enough space and chairs for the teachers to sit comfortably.
- Songwriting Workshop and Rehearsal Day’s
  It is best if one room is set up and each class visits this room at pre-assigned times. There should be enough space and chairs for the children to comfortably set up their chairs in a semi-circle.
- Recording Day
  Please choose the quietest room in the school, both inside and out. It should be large enough for all children in the class to stand approx. one foot apart in a circle or semi-circle and allow two separate 12’ x 12’ sq. ft. areas for the recording equipment.
- Concert Day
  This is usually best done in the gymnasium.
